Zoning Commission Public Hearing

The Zoning Commission of Sagamore Hills Township will hold a Public Hearing at Sagamore Hills Township, 11551 Valley View Rd., Sagamore Hills, Ohio, 44067, on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. for the following:
Legal Notice , Township Section Two Definitions, Section Three Residential  District,      
Section Fourteen Planned Unit Development, Section Seven Supplementary Regulations

The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the amendments to Section Two Definitions, Section Three Residential District, Section Fourteen Planned Unit Development and Section Seven Supplementary Regulations.

 The Zoning Resolution revisions are available for examination at Sagamore Hills Township office during normal business hours Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on the township website www.mysagamorehills.com.  Written comments may be submitted to the Zoning Inspector, Raymond Fantozzi prior to the hearing and to the Zoning Commission at the hearing. Regularly scheduled Zoning Commission meeting to follow the hearing where final action to recommend sending approval to the Trustees may occur.
