Zoning Forms / Permits
Please access the “Sale Permit Application” below for garage sales, yard sales, etc. Complete the blank form and click the “SUBMIT” button to submit the form to the Township Offices. An email response with a registration number will be sent to you for your records.
The individual Zoning Permit Applications can be accessed below. The applications need to be printed, completed, and then submitted to the Sagamore Hills Township Zoning Department with the appropriate documents and fee (if applicable) for processing.
**Effective June 27, 2017 permits are no longer required for roof replacements unless the roof deck is being modified. If the roof deck is being modified a Residential Addition Permit will be required. A ROOF PERMIT IS STILL REQUIRED FROM SUMMIT COUNTY.
