#TEAMTESSA 5K Walk/Run

#TEAMTESSA 5K Walk/Run will be held Saturday, April 29th, 2017 to raise money for the local kindergartner, Tessa Puma, who has made national news due to contracting an infection that resulted in the loss of her left leg.

The proceeds from this event will go to helping Tessa’s family with the expenses during this time. Doctors anticipate she will be in the hospital for several months while she faces multiple surgeries and is prepared for a prosthetic.

Donations will be accepted at the Sagamore Hills Township Office at 11551 Valley View Rd.  Checks ONLY payable to “THE PUMA FAMILY”. Please DO NOT make checks payable to Sagamore Hills Township. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED!
