Sagamore Hills Police "Employee of the Year" and Swearing in of Police Explorers

At last nights Trustee Meeting, Sagamore Hills Township Police Chief David Hayes presented the Employee of the Year Award to Officer Dan DeCrane. Officer DeCrane received the award for his consistent dedication to duty, demonstration of pride in the quality of his work and his exemplary performance throughout 2018. Congratulations to Office DeCrane for his dedication and outstanding performance!

Officer DeCrane also heads the Police Explorers Program. Alex Peters, Carson Carrell and Adam Hegedus have all been members of the Police Explorers for some time, but were officially sworn in by Officer DeCrane at the same meeting. Adam Hegedus was promoted to Sergeant of the Police Explorers. Congratulations to all!

Officer DeCrane is seeking additional members for the Police Explorers. Anyone that may have an interest in the Police Explorers Program and are between the ages of 14-20 and are residents of Nordonia Hills may contact Office DeCrane at 330-468-3515.
