An application for an area variance under Section 3.3E of the Sagamore Hills Township Zoning Resolution, has been applied for by David and Janet Marchant of 8174 N. Boyden Rd. for a home renovation. The applicants request a thirty-two-foot variance from the required minimum front yard depth of one hundred feet from the dedicated road centerline.
